Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on d7777. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. d7777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
d7777 is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawals. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d7777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. d7777 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Accounts.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your d7777 Account, including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. d7777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. d7777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts as set out in the current fee schedule, which is published within the Platform's Account settings section. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any such fee is applied.
d7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Raast instant payment. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). d7777 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Pakistan, or informal transfer methods.
All deposits into your d7777 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. d7777 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified Accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits in accordance with d7777's anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the d7777 Account holder. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but d7777 targets completion within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during standard operating hours.
d7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size or frequency, in fulfilment of its anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming licence.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a d7777 deposit transaction, without first engaging d7777's support team to resolve the underlying dispute, constitutes a breach of these Terms. d7777 reserves the right to suspend the Account of any Player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback and to pursue recovery of disputed funds through available legal channels.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by d7777 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before the Player may withdraw any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion, as detailed in the promotion terms.

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim sign-up bonuses more than once; wagering in patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus whoring" or "low-variance wagering abuse"); using automated software to place bonus-related wagers; or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Consequence of Bonus Abuse: d7777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to permanently close the Accounts of Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds pending investigation.
All bets placed on d7777 — whether on casino games, sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, or crash games — are final upon confirmation by the Platform. Players accept that d7777 uses certified random number generators for all casino and crash game outcomes, and that sports betting odds reflect d7777's trading team's assessment of event probabilities at the time of bet acceptance.
d7777 reserves the right to void any wager where: the bet was accepted in error, including erroneous odds caused by technical failures; the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise materially altered; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is established; or the wager was placed in breach of these Terms. In cases of voided bets, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
d7777 applies maximum single-session winning limits across all game categories. These limits are published within the Platform and may be subject to revision. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum for a single session may be capped at d7777's sole discretion.
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome or completion of a game or bet, d7777 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly using available game logs. d7777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the d7777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
d7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All content on the d7777 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, designs, graphics, text, game content, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of d7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the d7777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use d7777's brand assets, trademarks, or copyrighted materials in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by d7777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d7777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:
d7777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By playing on d7777, you acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that the house edge exists on all casino games, and that there is no guarantee of profit from any wagering activity. d7777 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred through normal, fair gameplay.

Players may request permanent closure of their d7777 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all valid withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with d7777's standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by d7777 or the Player — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. d7777 retains the right to maintain Account records as required by its licensing obligations and applicable data protection regulations.
d7777 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, d7777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the d7777 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d7777 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or from your use of the d7777 Platform, shall first be submitted to d7777's internal complaints procedure.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through d7777's internal procedure within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by d7777's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where circumstances warrant it.
